The label — a physical painting
The work
Painted in peach and cream over deep petrol. We macerate whole peaches with thyme cut at the end of the season, then press the oils of three citrus by hand. The result is soft at the front and startlingly dry at the back — a canvas that keeps changing while you look at it.
Ingredients
Water, cold-pressed peach, thyme infusion, lemon & bergamot oil, sea salt, live culture.
Serve
Tall glass, one large clear cube, a thyme sprig slapped once between the palms.

Petrol Peach — 60ml blanco tequila, 120ml Embra Perzik, 10ml lemon, Thyme sprig, salt rim.
