Shipping
Dispatched from Maashaven, Rotterdam within two working days, Monday to Thursday. Netherlands and Belgium arrive in 1–2 days, Germany and France in 2–3, the rest of the EU in 3–5. Flat €6.95, free over €60. Bottles travel in moulded pulp inserts with no plastic, and every parcel carries a tracking link sent the moment it leaves the studio.

Returns
Unopened cases can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, including the original shipping if the fault was ours. Broken or leaking bottles need nothing more than one photo — we replace the case immediately and you keep what survived. Refunds land back on the original card within five working days of the case arriving.

Orders & trade
Order changes are possible until the label is printed, usually the morning after you buy. For invoices, VAT numbers or purchase orders, write to trade@embra.com rather than the general address; the trade team replies within two working days and can set up 14- or 30-day terms.
