The work
Bronze gold and earth brown, savoury from the first sip. Pears are held until they collapse; radish is pressed for its sharp, mineral bite; ginger and cracked pepper arrive last and stay longest, lifted with a pinch of sea salt. Savoury, mineral, quietly strange.
